San Jose Falcons is a Competitive (Division I) level youth basketball organization.  We started out as a group of 6th graders from the YMCA in San Jose who were not good enough to make their local AAU teams.  From this humble beginning, we became the South Bay's best team! 

 

Our phlosophy is very simple:  Give young people the training and preparation and let them play in a team environment without the fear of failure and encourage individual development within the team context and we will see more confident players and young adults.

 

We do not have tryouts.  Prospective players are invited to train with us before an invitation to join the team is extended
